Ear Piercing Video at Lexington Ink Tattoos & Body Piercing

EAR PIERCING VIDEO :: James Age 14 – To get pierced at age 14 in South Carolina, state law requires parental consent and a doctors note from a physician stating that it is safe and okay to pierce the minor. Both the child and parent must be present and both have ID. The last names and the address must be the same on the parent’s and the minor’s ID. A school ID and a birth certificate is acceptable ID for the minor being pierced. For piercings on minors that are 16 or 17 years of age, the same is required except they will not need a doctor’s note.
