NYC teaching artist Alex Anastas, along with artist assistants, will incorporate performance artist/model Hardy Brooklyn and photographer/model NowhereAgain into a new, one-of-a-kind, temporary work of art with live audience participation in an intimate midtown studio setting. Alex’s diverse artistic practice is based on music through surrealist illustrations and murals. His work has been exhibited in both Australia and North America. The event is hosted by Hardy Brooklyn and Solas Studio and a portion of the proceeds supported art education in NYC public schools.

Live art soirée series curator and up-and-coming performance artist Hardy Brooklyn had his first taste of being bodypainted on New Year’s Day 2016. It was a life-changing experience with art that came from the heart. He soon became active in the bodypainting and underground arts, music, and fashion scene as a model, event producer, and arts enthusiast. His energy is synonymous with being the life of the party.

Solas Studio is Manhattan’s only 24-hour boutique photo production studio, conveniently located just steps from Herald Square and Penn Station. Solas Studio is a full service production partner.
