Here I will give you all an insight into what it’s like to give an apprentice Spray Painter training on how best to paint a car, I was very impressed with his work and since leaving this shop 2 years ago when he was a 1st year he has come a long way.
This is the 1st video in a 2 part series and we will be doing the wet on wet primer and basecoat stage, it’s a bit different to most of my videos and I have just bought a new microphone for my camera so you get the full audio not a muffled version, this makes it easier to hear me giving instructions and exactly how I go about teaching an up and coming painter, be sure to let Moses know what you thought of his work.

Can you celebrate life and not cling to it? Can you give up control and still get things done? Can you achieve your goals without forcing?
These are all themes we find in the ancient Taoist key work called the Tao Te Ching, which was written by a mysterious sage named Lao Tzu. There isnât much known about this character of Chinese antiquity, and some historians even doubt that he truly existed. But whoever wrote the Tao Te Ching has inspired millions of people to see the world in a different light.
Taoism deeply respects the passive, receptive part of existence, which is generally undervalued. By becoming aware of the strength of, what the Taoists call, the âfeminineâ or the âyinâ-aspects of life, weâll see that effort and force arenât always the best tools in the toolbox for getting things done.
In a previous video, The Philosophy of Flow, I expand upon the so-called âflow stateâ, known as the soft power of âwu weiâ or âeffortless-actionâ, also described as being âin the zoneâ when participating in certain activities like sports and painting.
This video, however, explores how the wisdom of Lao Tzu can help us go with the flow in a more general sense. How can we let go, and let ourselves be carried along with the river of life? How can we live more effortlessly, with less stress and anxiety? How can we live a rich life and enjoy it to the fullest, with minimal interference of the natural course?
The following five lessons based on the writings of Lao Tzu might inspire you to live life in an entirely different way. Here are 5 life lessons from Lao Tzu.

Are Women Over 40 Too Old For Body Piercing? â Hot Flash Universe
This week, Barbara Bishop discusses body piercings, and what is the right age.
Only in the last 15-20 years have piercings been for 20-somethings. The roots of American body piercing, starting from the 1960s on, were primarily for people in thier 30s and 40s. But it goes back much further than that.
